Payment
All prices on the website are listed in Danish kroner (DKK), Euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) or your local currency, including VAT but excluding delivery costs.
Ziggy Longdog / Brianfrandsen.com accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and other credit cards. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.
Ziggy Longdog / Brianfrandsen.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely safe connection.
Delivery
The delivery time for orders within Denmark is typically 3–5 business days. Delivery time for orders shipped abroad, might be longer. Some products are made to order, which may result in longer delivery times.
If there are any delays beyond the standard timeframe, we will notify you by email.
All orders are delivered via GLS, DAO, or Postnord.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of return for items purchased on our webshop.
The period starts from the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the choice of carrier is up to you.
You must notify us of your wish to withdraw from the purchase no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Once you have informed us, the product must be returned to us within 14 days.
Notification must be sent via email to brian@ziggylongdog.dk, clearly stating that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Ziggy Longdog / Brianfrandsen.com will assess the condition of the item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, or functionality, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all.
Warranty
In accordance with Danish consumer law, a 2-year warranty is provided on all products. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Claims must be submitted to Ziggy Longdog / Brianfrandsen.com within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the product. A period of one month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
Ziggy Longdog / Brianfrandsen.com will cover reasonable return shipping costs. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
