Does your sighthound have some of the same needs as Ziggy? Every product you’ll find here is designed, developed, and handmade to meet the needs of my own whippet, Ziggy – and maybe your dog’s too.
Everything is created in a small apartment in Copenhagen’s Nordvest district. This means that every product is crafted with care, attention, and a love for the details.
It’s important to us that you feel you’re getting exactly what suits your dog. If you have specific requests for colors, sizes, or anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out – we’ll do our best to help.
We work with small batches and make products as needed. If something is listed as “out of stock,” it often just means we haven’t had time to make it yet. So feel free to send us a request or place a direct order – we’ll get back to you quickly to let you know if we can make it for you.
Finally, we’d like to encourage you to pause and think before buying something new. Of course, we love spoiling our dogs (they’re practically our children!), but even our four-legged friends can be mindful consumers.
When you no longer need a product bought from us, you can pass it on to someone else who could enjoy it or return it to us. We’ll reuse any parts we can and offer you a small discount if you decide to purchase something new.
Things, you probably would like to know
Can I get the product in other colors or materials?
You probably can! :) It depends on the materials we currently have in stock. Send us an email at the address below or directly at brian@ziggylongdog.dk, and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery:
You can expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days (in Denmark, expect longer deliveries when shipped abroad). Many of our products are made to order, so in those cases, delivery might take a bit longer. We’ll let you know when you place your order how long the wait will be.
What if it doesn’t fit?
No problem – just send the product back to us, and we’ll exchange it for the right size. Unfortunately, we can’t cover return shipping costs, but we’ll gladly cover the shipping for the replacement product in the correct size.
What about my personal data?
We take good care of your personal information and only store what’s necessary to ship your order. If you’re uncomfortable sharing personal details on the website, you can always email or call us, and we’ll find a solution.
